Soulac is said to be a perfect place for a family holiday, with wonderful dune-backed beaches, safe cycling trails and plenty of outdoor activities available. It's also a good base for exploring this lovely area - surfing beaches, the Médoc vineyards, take a trip to Bordeaux or on the nearby ferry across to Royan.

This pleasant complex has 124 apartments in an attractive group of 6 low rise buildings and 16 detached maisonettes, set amongst pine trees. Just 1500m from a long sandy beach and 2k from the centre of Soulac, facilities on site include a large outdoor pool (20m x 10m, open 27/5 - 30/9), paddling pool and free use of 2 tennis courts. Small bar and internet point at reception. Tv hire 40 euros for 1 week, 70 euros for 2 weeks.
