A small resort situated between the two larger seaside holiday towns of Bénodet and Concarneau. Built on a sandy strip it overlooks the Beg Meil cliffs with the 'Baie de la Forêt' on one side and Concarneau on the other. There are pleasant coastal footpaths through small clear water creeks and protected natural sites. The centre of Cap Coz has a bustling atmosphere.

These 75 apartments in 5 small buildings all benefit from a sea view - although some through pine trees. They are south facing and ideally situated across a small road from the large sandy beach and within walking distance of the resort centre.
