Le Guilvinec is France's 4th largest fishing port & a great attraction is the colourful sight of the trawlers returning in the afternoon. The resort is famous for its high quality seafood & there are other local specialities such as cider, Muscadet & crêpes. The fine sandy beaches with rocky coves offer many watersports including sailing, surfing & sand yachting.

The residence has 2 low rise buildings containing 45 apartments & a group of 21 terraced maisonettes in an attractive seafront setting, close to the beach. Outdoor pool with loungers, parasols & paddling pool.
