Port en Bessin is an attractive little town with sheltered beach & busy fishing harbour - St Jacques scallops are a speciality. There are coastal walks & a steep path leads to the Vauban tower for panoramic views. Bayeux, Caen & the D-Day Landing beaches are all nearby or follow one of the Normandy 'routes' such as calvados, cider or cheese.

This 8-hectare site with 256 pitches & several lakes is adjacent to the spectacular Omaha Beach golf course on the cliffs overlooking Port en Bessin. Max: 4/5 - Chalet style mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, sgle sofa bed, kitchen corner (4 ring hob + microwave), dble & twin bedrm, shower, wc. French windows to wooden terrace with garden furniture. Bbq (deposit payable). Tv hire 5 euros/day.

Max: 6 - As above, with freezer + mini oven. Additional twin bedrm. Sofa, not sofa bed in living room.

Bed linen hire - 12.30 euros per bed.

End of stay cleaning - 50 euros.
