The Ile d'Oléron is a beautiful island reached from the mainland by a toll free bridge. Along the coast are oyster beds and attractive beaches bordered by pine forests. Inland you will discover vineyards and picturesque villages adorned with mimosa, oleander & tamarisk which flourish in the wonderfully mild climate. Take a stroll around La Cotinière, a busy, working fishing port with a daily market, seafood stalls, restaurants & bars. Visit the aquarium, lighthouse & zoo or take a ride on the tourist train. For the more energetic there is windsurfing, cycling & hiking.

This attractively designed 3-hectare site has 130 pitches set amongst trees, ideally situated in the centre of the island and just 2k from the sandy beach of La Perroche.

Bed linen hire - 10 euros per bed (disposable type).

End of stay cleaning - 100 euros maximum.

Baby facilities - Cot and high chair hire 2 euros each per day.

SPORTS - Volleyball, football, basketball, boules, table tennis, sports tournaments.

FOR CHILDREN - Paddling pool. Play area. Games room (pool table, table football) open June-Sept
