Ribas de Campos is a typical Castilian village where tourists are rare so staying here will give you a real feel for the traditional way of Spanish life. It's a quiet place with narrow streets and terraced houses and the local people are very friendly although they do not speak English.This area is also part of a well stocked game reserve so it's popular with hunters and fishermen in season. Once the local priest's house, Casa El Cuartocarro is a large terraced property next door to the owners in the village centre and has a rear garden enclosed by high walls.
