Villanueva de Pria is a small farming village well known in Asturias for its cheese production. Close to the coast & the lovely Cuevas del Mar beach, this lovely semi-detached house is a comfortable, attractively furnished holiday home next door to the owners. To the west and worth a visit is Ribadesella, a town of two halves - the beach on one side and the old town & fishing harbour on the other.

Living room with fitted kitchenette, fireplace, tv & stairs to 1st floor. Small sitting room leading to shower room/wc with w/machine. Twin & dble bedrm. 1st floor has sitting area, 2 twin bedrms & shower room/tub/wc. 3 portable heaters. Large enclosed garden with trees, furniture & bbq. Car shelter.
