This middle terrace holiday home (shown above on right) is one of two that have been nicely converted from a large house adjoining the owner's home.The quiet farming hamlet of Cardoso is well placed for visiting the nearby livelier resorts of Ribadesella and Llanes (both 15k), and attractive Nueva de Llanes (5k), a popular holiday destination for the Spanish, is a pretty village that is worth a look see. There are many lovely beaches to choose from in this area, or for a change of scene the Picos de Europa is within driving distance.
