Contactable seven days a week in both France and Spain at centres in St Malo and Santander, our English-speaking staff are there to assist you with just about any situation or problem that may arise. We could for instance make an appointment with a local doctor for you if needed.
Unforeseen problems can crop up even in the best organized of places so, should there be any cause for concern, we can send someone to visit you as quickly as possible. Most situations can be satisfactorily resolved on the spot, but if this is not possible we will make it our priority to relocate you immediately.
Our sole concern is that you enjoy a carefree holiday and we are never more than just a telephone call away.
