Musée de la Sénatorerie


The Musée de la Sénatorerie is an interesting arts and archaeology museum in Guéret. Housed inside a former mansion, the museum has rooms dedicated to natural history with many examples of taxidermy, collections of paintings and sculptures from the 16th to the 20th century including works by Rodin and ancient objects from ancient Egyptian, Gallo-Roman and medieval times.
