Do I need to supply my vehicle registration number?

To comply with French and Spanish legislation, we must obtain vehicle registration numbers on all routes. If known, you can enter the registration in the space provided on step 4 of the booking process online. If not known at the time of booking please select 'No' to the question 'Do you know your vehicle registration?' and continue to make the booking.

To add the registration at a later time, please visit - 'Manage my Booking' where you can recall your booking and add the registration. (Holiday & promotional fares cannot be recalled online).

To add the registration via email please contact: quoting your booking reference.

If you are planning to travel with a hired vehicle, please let us know at the time of the booking. Either inform a passenger services agent over the telephone or select HIRE VEHICLE in the options when you have selected NO during the online booking process to the question "Do you know your vehicle registration number?"

Please note, that no administration fee applies if you are adding/amending your vehicle registration online, by email or via our Passengers Services Dept.
