Can we collect our tickets at the port?

If you book on the internet - the ticket will normally be sent by email within 5 minutes. If for any reason you are unable to print the e-ticket you can quote your booking reference at the port of departure and your ticket will then be issued at no extra charge.

For inclusive holidays we will send holiday packs by post up until around 4 days before departure, within 4 days they are usually forwarded to the port of departure for collection. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this.
