Can I arrange wheelchair assistance?

Disabled passengers should inform us, well in advance of their travel dates, of any special requirements. These must be clearly specified at the time of booking.

If booking online, you must tell us that a passenger has a disability or reduced mobility on step 1 of the booking process. In the ‘Passengers’ section, please answer ‘Yes’ to the question, 'Do you or any passengers have a disability or reduced mobility?'. You can then provide more details of the passenger's disability or limited mobility.

At some of our ports, there are specially-adapted buses to transport passengers travelling in wheelchairs, or those with limited mobility, from the terminal to the ship. The bus drops passengers off at the lifts on the vehicle decks. Where an adapted bus is not available, access to the ship is via walkways.

Wheelchairs are available at some terminals and on board the ships for emergency use only.
