Shop on board with confidence. If, on your return home, you discover any fault or shortcomings with regard to any purchase made on our ships, please write to the address shown below, enclosing the receipt. If possible the item will be replaced. If not a refund of the cost will be issued.
All products shown are subject to availability. Similarly, product packaging may be changed by our suppliers. Some products may not be available on all routes. Please ask our sales staff for details.
We accept Pounds Sterling and Euros and you may also pay in a combination of both. Payment can be made by credit/charge card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/ Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club, Visa Electron, Maestro and Switch). Cards will be debited in Euros for accounts established in France, in Ireland and in Spain, and in Pounds Sterling for those in the UK. Cheques are no longer accepted onboard.
