FERRY & HOTEL
Hotel Don Paco, Llanes
Spain > Asturias > LLANES
The Don Paco has a very colourful history dating back to the 1800s including being the French army headquarters during the occupation, a convent and later a school. Nowadays it is a stylish hotel that has been beautifully restored and, alongside the charming Posada Herrera park, is well located right in the heart of Llanes, not far from the lovely Sablon beach. Much of its original stonework still remains, including the chapel and its high vaulted ceiling which is now the restaurant, and its modern bedrooms are well equipped. Llanes is a pleasant fishing town and resort west of Santander and is a short drive from the Picos de Europa mountains. Centered around colourful quays, it is a fast expanding coastal town that is a busy holiday centre in July and August and has many seafood restaurants, a variety of attractive shops and a medieval quarter of interesting old houses.
There is a supplement per night per double room to stay on Fri & Sat: £27 between 1/7-31/7 & £21 between 1/5-30/6 & 1/10-13/10.
Min stay 2 nights from 1 Jul-31 Aug.
