How to contact Brittany Ferries

Like so many of you, we’ve been exceptionally busy in 2020 and in truth, we’ve struggled to keep up with the huge volume of incoming contact. Where typically we would reply to emails within hours and answer phones promptly, that’s changed this year and we know how disappointing that has been for many of you. All of that said, we are now up and running and, albeit slowly, we’re working our way through the backlogs and speaking to more and more of you every day.

Our brilliant contact centres love sharing their destination expertise and offering as much support as possible, think of them as your virtual travelling companions – there for those complicated questions you can’t find answers to on these pages and to help make any changes you can’t arrange yourself through our self-service options.
