Museum of Souvigny


Set in the barns of the former monastery, the Museum of Souvigny has a permanent collection dedicated to the archaeological, religious and ethnological heritage of the surrounding area. Its most important exhibit is the Zodiac column, the only remaining wooden pillar in the world to have been carved during the 12th century.
