No need to go out of town to enjoy the great outdoors in Rennes, Adrenaline Forest (Forêt Adrénaline) is a treetop adventure park just on the edge of town in the Parc de Gayuelles. Established in 2010, there are 8 treetop routes designed for different age groups with monkey bridges, barrels, swing ropes and more.

Intended for children aged 2 years and over, you can choose the best route for your age and ability, most of which take between 30 to 50 minutes to complete. Fully supervised by specially trained staff, there is also the Black Panther route up to 20m high amongst the trees.

For the daredevils you can even take a route of 5 succesive zipwires that stretch over a kilometre!
