How can I change/ amend my ferry booking?

AMENDING YOUR BOOKING ONLINE

We offer a range of ticket types that allow you to choose the level of flexibility to suit your travel needs. Depending on your chosen ticket type, the conditions for cancellations and amendments will vary – find out more here.

On our new website, to edit an existing booking, you will first need to log in to your account.

If you do not have an account, please register for an account. Select ‘Register as new customer’ and ensure the email you use to set up the account matches the email address on the existing booking. Alternatively, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

Once logged in, your existing bookings may already be displayed, if not please use the ‘Retrieve my booking’ option where you will be able to link a booking to your account.

TYPES OF BOOKINGS THAT CAN BE AMENDED

Many bookings can be recalled and amended online except for those mentioned below:

  • Bookings with pets

  • Any booking where you have requested assistance

  • Any booking which has been amended via our Contact Centre

  • Inclusive holiday bookings

  • Part-travelled bookings

WHAT CAN BE AMENDED ONLINE?

Our 'Manage my booking' facility allows you to do the following:

  • View your booking

  • Add onboard accommodation

  • Amend your dates, route or times of travel

  • Change your vehicle or add a trailer

  • Amend your address details

  • Update your email address

  • Add or remove passengers

  • Update your home and mobile telephone numbers

  • Add your vehicle registration

  • You can also cancel your booking online
