If you do not have an account, please register for an account. Select ‘Register as new customer’ and ensure the email you use to set up the account matches the email address on the existing booking. Alternatively, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
Once logged in, your existing bookings may already be displayed, if not please use the ‘Retrieve my booking’ option where you will be able to link a booking to your account.
TYPES OF BOOKINGS THAT CAN BE AMENDED
Many bookings can be recalled and amended online except for those mentioned below:
Bookings with pets
Any booking where you have requested assistance
Any booking which has been amended via our Contact Centre
