How can I change/ amend my ferry booking?

Amending your booking online

We are offering a new range of ticket types aimed at allowing you to choose the level of flexibility that suits your travel needs. Depending on your chosen ticket type, the conditions for cancellations and amendments will vary – find out more here.

Most bookings can be recalled and amended online, with the exception of promotional and inclusive holiday tickets. Our 'Manage my booking' facility allows you to do the following:

  • View your booking 
  • Add onboard accommodation 
  • Amend your dates, route or times of travel 
  • Change your vehicle or add a trailer 
  • Amend your address details 
  • Update your email address 
  • Add or remove passengers
  • Update your home and mobile telephone numbers 
  • Add your vehicle registration
  • You can also cancel your booking online

I can’t access my booking online

If you are unable to access your ferry booking online here are a few things to check :

  • Check your booking reference and surname match your ticket
  • Check our sailing updates page, from time to time we change our schedules, while this work is carried out affected bookings are temporarily removed from the website. 
  • If you have requested assistance you’ll need to call us
  • Try again later
